I am delighted to invite you to the next incarnation of Restore + Rumi! This offering will include a blend of gentle, restorative yoga joined with the wise and ancient words of our Sufi mystic poet, Rumi. We will enjoy states of deep rest as we open to the wisdom and healing of Rumi poetry. Please join me for an afternoon of beauty and poetry as we ponder healing, unity, love, spirit, connection, endings and beginnings.
