Slow it down. Less momentum, more holding and staying IN your body. Still physically challenging, this practice requires a different kind of patience and attention to the breath. The invitation to move toward sensation, to stay -- even in the discomfort, to go deep. (60 min)

A dynamic, well-balanced, and challenging flow class. This practice is physical, fun, and different every time. Experience everything from funky sequences and arm balances to inversions and backbends. Designed to challenge intermediate and advanced yogis, but also accessible to beginners. (60 min)

Note: I share this online class with fellow teacher, Katie Schiffgen. She typically teaches Tuesday, and I teach Thursday.

 

Core/ Restore

Wednesday: 5pm

Location: The Local Co-op (1991 S 1000 E)

 

The best of both worlds! The first half of this class is focused on building core strength, will challenge you physically and make you sweat. Then we will slow it down, move into some easy stretches and nurturing restorative poses and breath work. (75 min)
